“We stayed I n Portobay Flores in Porto superior room for 3 nights. This was definitely not up to a five stars hotel standard. Pros: 1. Breakfast staff are friendly, cheerful and helpful. 2. Hotel had a perfect location right in city center Cons: 1. Receptionist was not attentive. We arrived in heavy rain and both were dripping. Receptionist was busy on phone and didn’t even offer tissue. 2. They just offered one complimentary glass bottle of water even we stayed for 3 night. We requested to……

The weather was great and it was really nice to look out over the river to Vila da Gaia and watch the river boats cruising up and down the river. Continental breakfast was served in pleasant surroundings. There was a great choice and again staff on hand……
