Sam was a great host. The morning breakfast was thoughtful and the accommodation was clean. We didn’t have many interactions with our host because everything was handled so well that there was nothing we needed that wasn’t already provided.

It’s easy to self check in. Sam left goodies in the room for a nice continental breakfast. We had a fridge in the room so it was easy to pick up some yogurt etc for an easy breakfast.
Very clean and quiet. Slightly outside Portree so you need a car but parking is included and you would need a car in this area anyway. Highly recommend!

Warm and welcoming
Posted Oct 19, 2023 on HotelsMoorside is warm and comfortable. Samantha was very welcoming and the carrot cake an unexpected bonus.
Facilities were good and the family room a good size -better than many hotels.

There was carpet in the room and the bathroom was inconvenient based on what I am accustom to in the USA. It had 2 separete faucets for hot and cold. The shower was too small to wash in and the water pressure was very light. Having said that, it was a fairly good value for the cost which was quite low.
