Didn’t even apologise after the reception found out she was wrong. We have booked for 3 people with an extra bed but the room type was wrong. No extra bed, no extra amenities, no extra slippers etc. Have talked to the manager about the issue who was extremely unhelpful at all. Buy one day ticket 110Kc and it can use in bus and under ground train. bus no. 119 from airport to Nadrazi Veleslavin station (green line) and change to red line at Muzeum station. Then go one more station to I.P. Pavlova, then walk 5 min. to the hotel.”
