“It was located at central city, facilities of the the room was very new, but bathroom didn’t have a good ventilation system, also our room was facing the other building”s wall.”

The only thing is bathroom shower water output from the faucet is not large enough. Location is perfectly convenient. Just to remind who’s driving over that valet parking fee is not cheap. One of the bed room doesn’t have exhaust fan in the bathroom and toilet, and the door of the bathroom is out of shape, we can’t close the door. “Worst hotel ever. We have paid the price in advance but the reception told us we haven’t paid for the hotel and asked us to pay again. Didn’t even apologise after the reception found out she was wrong. We have booked for 3 people with an extra bed but the room type was wrong. No extra bed, no extra amenities, no extra slippers etc. Have talked to the manager about the issue who was extremely unhelpful at all.
