“There was a lady at the front desk who was quite unfriendly, she gave us one room that was already occupied, and she didn't even apologize when we went downstairs to find her a another room, which gave me a very bad impression of this hotel.”

“We booked a room at the Fairmont at 9:00 pm on our way to Dallas because another hotel cancelled our room last minute. We didn't reach the fairmont until 1:30am and when we arrived the lady at the front desk told us the room we had booked through expedia wasn't available. She ended up giving us a complementary upgrade to a very nice (and huge) suite without us even having to ask her to help us. The hotel was very nice and very clean. The pool area was wonderful and we had a great stay. Thank you……

“The facilty smelled nice and was clean. The room was clean and well stocked with quality travel-sized products. The pillows and bed were comfortable and the temperature was well-regulated throughout the facilty. I have stayed at more expensive places that were not as well-kept and have also (recently) stayed at places with MORE stars that were no where near as nice. Perfect stay before your flight out of town. ”

“喜欢地理位置，观看烟花安排的很好，指示明显，安全。不喜欢的是卫生太差，房间和楼道的走廊卫生都很差。我住了两晚，外面离电梯口走廊的垃圾就没清理过，很明显。房间里一个房间有瓶装水，一个房间没水，洗浴用品一个房间全是护发素，没洗发水没身体润肤露，没浴室地垫，地上还有前房客留下的垃圾没清理干净，也许新年期间，清洁工较忙。前台一男士接待员服务不好，2019年12月30日办理入住的2250，2251房间，我入住时说明要高层和尽量可以看到烟花的房间，但是他却给了我两间凹的角落的房间，窗户外的右面是一大片玻璃墙。我下去找他调换房间，我说尽量两间一起，但只给了我一间2566房间给我父母，另一间依然凹的角落房间，没变，我两天都要上下层跑来跑去照顾父母。自助停车也没帮我办理好，他告诉我办理在2250卡上，家人取车用不了房卡，被收费$9。估计以后不会再入住了。”

“非常好的酒店 住这里也是因为距离我要去的地方非常近 走路一分钟就到了 酒店内的设施很齐全 非常方便 地理位置也很好 走路十分钟之内CVS药店 餐厅 城市著名景点都可以到达…酒店内的餐厅东西也好吃 健身房也不错 适合带娃 总之下次来这里还住这个酒店”
