“We were the first guests of the season and our hosts were wonderful! The space is smallish and clean with a comfy bed and excellent a/c. It was just enough space for my husband and I. The apartment is right on the lake and has a fantastic view. Nothing is super close out there (as is the case with most of the Finger Lakes region), but there are some great restaurants in the nearby towns, beautiful state parks and tons of water activities. Highly recommend staying at Carmella and Rod's place!”

“Our stay was perfect! It was so lovely to wake up every morning to the lake. It was quiet and peaceful. There is a fabulous town called Skaneateles that is 10 minutes away - it had great restaurants and shops, wine store- it was a really beautiful town on the lake. Overall wonderful stay!”

“Christine is an amazing host. A party of 17 of us visited the house in May 2024, and it was perfect for us. House was very clean, spacious, with lots of extra towels and bedding, A/C, fans, nicely equipped kitchen, gorgeous backyard with lots of space for kids to play, scenic beach access, etc. Our stay was extremely comfortable and we had an amazing time. Highly recommend the place and can't wait to visit again.”

“Nice front desk person. On my arrival I had a bag of chips, pretzels, few cookies and two bottles of water as a Welcome gift in my room. Next day a Graduation Bear was left in my room because I was there for graduation of my child. Property is not new but people are working hard to keep it nice. The surrounding area is not a fault of the property owner and it’s not pretty.”
