“Loved Brian's place. The loft is decorated really nicely and is located in a wonderful quiet neighborhood. Had all the amenities we needed. My husband really enjoyed the Keurig machine and k-cups provided. Brian was a great host, very detailed check in and out instructions and also provided some great options for restaurants and bakeries as well as local entertainment. We were able to walk to everything we wanted to do which was fantastic. Would definitely stay there again.”

“I had a wonderful stay. The basement space was private, quiet and cozy. The space is nicely decorated and so clean. We appreciated having the amenities for cooking which saved us money on our apartment hunting trip. The hosts were so friendly and welcoming. Thank you Steve and family!”

“My girls (ages 9 and 11) and I came for a girls' weekend/getaway and had a LOVELY time at this little spot! We all agreed, it was the perfect size, very neat, exceedingly comfortable bed and recliners, and the lighting left nothing to be disired by this lighting snob. My girls enjoyed the super deep tub, the playplace, and the yard was just right for throwing frizbee, games, doing cartwheels, etc. We also enjoyed the new, very neat nearby park recommended by the hosts. “This property is a duplex. That should be disclosed in the listing. Compared to other VRBOs we’ve stayed at, this one is lacking in the kitchen. Not well stocked with spices,pans, utensils, ziplocks, etc. The house is so slanted that we couldn’t even sit in the dining room.”
