“Very nice property manager who helped a lot when we checked in. The location and the view is so good that we definitely will come back again. Parking is difficult and expensive here. Parking in the buildings nearby is recommended. ”

“We stayed overnight for a cruise in the morning. Check in was smooth. It was a room with a bathroom, we only stayed a night so it served its purpose. WiFi and tv worked just fine.”

“We stayed at this adorable unit in The Mutiny to be close to other friends and family who were in town for our niece’s graduation. Excellent proximity to everything in The Grove! We didn’t anticipate using the pool but it turned out to be a great bonus! I’d stay here again.”

“The place is very clean and quiet. It would have been nice if they could storage your luggage in the same property like a hotel. It's very difficult to travel and get there early and since the checking time is until 4 pm. It would have been nice to have a storage in the same building. ”

“The overall experience is fantastic. Included access to W Hotels amenities is a major highlight. Pool area is stunning, with towel and bed cover service. The location is very central in the Brickell area and conveniently close to the ferry service to South Beach. It is walking distance to a lot of dining options and for groceries deliveries from a nearby Publix worked smoothly. Both arrival, check-in and communication worked very well.”

“The place had an amazing view. The pool and amenities were good. Bayside was great and close by. The area was also amazing and beautiful. The condo needs some update, other than that we had a great time.”

“Yes, the checkin process is a bit much. Lots of documentation and they want a copy of your ID and take your picture… BUT after you get through that, the property is amazing! Beautiful views with all the comforts of home. Lots of transportation options and restaurants nearby. Very walkable area. Would definitely stay again.”
