“Stay was great. Nice quiet area, yet close to some great restaurants and coffee shop. Was happy to have lights pop on when we arrive to walk up stairs in the dark. Felt like home. Only negative for us was the bed was too firm for us. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay. The washer and dryer are also in the basement, so anyone who has a problem climbing stairs may want to rethink this property. Price for the stay was right on par for what we got. Internet was good, lots of good movies to chose……

What I got was nesting eagles in the tree out my window, a nightly roaring fire with ample wood supply, super responsive host, welcome wine and snacks, comfortable beds and high end baths, white linens and privacy. If you don’t mind steps to enter the home, and some personal touches throughout (books, candles, travel trinkets, mugs, condiments, kid fun) you will enjoy your stay very much! Want a pristine hotel, choose a hotel. Want eagles, geese and pelicans + a private stay……

“This property is amazing. We celebrated Mother's Day with a big brunch out on the covered deck overlooking the river. The big kitchen is fully stocked with pots and pans, plates and glasses and utensils and hot pads... everything we needed. The decorating is professional quality: beautiful and relaxing with lots of unexpected touches. The place was spotlessly clean too! Thanks so much for making this available for us to enjoy.”

“We were in town with family and had a wonderful stay. Being right on the river watching the eagles was worth double the price. All details were thought of and executed nicely. “We very much enjoyed our stay at this property situated beautifully on the banks of the Mighty Mississippi River. The property is well-appointed and comfortable. The deck that extends along the length of the home is a perfect perch for watching the prolific bird and waterfowl life and the barge traffic that regularly passes by. “Me and a fellow colleague rented this wonderful Riverview house for 21 days. We were there for work, one of us on nights one of us on days. The host worked with me to get in there for an early check-in and available for any questions I had they had everything there that I needed very very quiet place.”
