This is an older hotel but they do a great job keeping it up. My 3 must haves is 1. A good bed. 2. A good shower. And 3. Quiet. And this definitely delivered. It’s so reasonable that I plan to stay here every time I come to Provo to work.

Everything was great except not a single item for the breakfast really disappointed at 6:30am nothing. They had a sign that said 6 am for breakfast but again nothing and nobody around just a sign that said call someone for help, but we had plans and who knows how that would have went. Really disappointed and had to stop and buy breakfast at a cafe.

Property is aging and needs some maintenance. Employee at check in was very courteous, but no one around the next morning for questions or help. Felt safe and clean, just wearing down.

We checked in and found our room dirty, worn and lacking maintenance. When we reached out to the front desk to rectify the cleanliness issues, we were told we could just leave! So, we packed up our things and did just that- DO NOT STAY HERE! We are unable to attach photos but they would show rust and hair in all the drains, rusty toilet paper and Kleenex holders, holes in the curtains, dirt on the walls, broken safety lock on door.

Black mold in pool area and disgusting property all around

Staff was friendly and helpful. Room's Carpet was dirty and ground floor windows filthy. Breakfast was good Bed was good. Grounds were poorly kept. Broken sprinkler sprayed our car all night.
