Okay so honest review. The service is good. The room is nice and clean, AC is great in the room. We had a swim out definitely worth it, as the pool closed at 8pm. There’s 2 pools really they say 3 but not true only if you’re staying at secrets can you access the 3rd pool. So really 1 high energy party pool and center pool music but not as crazy. The food is okay. Members actually have access to better food. I was VIP although that really didn’t serve a purpose. Members get top shelf liquor. All inclusive liquor leaves the desire for even a light buzz thumbs down on liquor. The champagne bar in the photos is bottle service only separate bottle charge. I enjoyed my stay as it is a nice hotel minus those details mentioned above. They have private restaurants for breakfast which I was told members only once again and was sent to buffet. So not very all inclusive.

Everything was great . The beach is small and really not a place to swim . Only seen a couple people get in the water.

Service here is amazing!!!!!! We felt so safe and valued! The staff went above and beyond for my birthday. The food is good and is available ALL DAY! Great place to unwind and have fun!
