The road to the hotel should be improved since it was flood because of the rain. It is not the responsibility of the hotel, the city government should be responsible for that. Will return again.

Grounds are beautiful and well-kept. Pool, community hot tub, restaurants and bars are conveniently located.

The only feedback i have is the mani/pedi. It was nice but I would have paid a lot less in Denver and gotten more with it.

When we first got to the property and checked in. After going to the room, we saw that the room was a bit dated not what we were used to, and the TV was giving some issues. But after going out meeting the staff and rest of the guest there, we felt everyone was welcoming. The first impression quickly faded. The staff was phenomenal, and the guest were all friendly and everyone would talk to you and hold good conversations. The food was beyond excellent at all 3 restaurants. The restaurants staff Was very attentive to details and made sure you were happy with their services (Jose Luis, Servando, Carmen and Esmerelda. I can't say I had any bad experience at this resort I would give it an excellent rating. The only bad thing was we couldn't go in the ocean because of the seaweed which is understandable they had a really big pool and a big Jacuzzi. The entertainment staff play makers were excellent (Candice and the crew) They made sure to call you by your name and made sure you were having a good time. I must say this is one of the best resorts that I have stayed in years, and I am definitely looking to go back soon.
