Excellent service, everything is included even bottled water and drinks, multiple dining options, accommodated our food allergies. Golf car free transportation around the property. Kids loved the jumping rock pool, water volleyball, kids club.

Beautiful grounds with a lot of greenery and beautifully maintained. Exceptional service, food was excellent with a large variety. Loved the market the most with different food options. Trolley was fun and convenient for the children. Night Shows were very good and kept us all entertained. We loved the fire show and fantasy show the most with all of the Disney characters. Entertainment at the large pool was a lot of fun and kept all of us busy. Best part for the kids was the cliff jumping and waterslide into the pool. Would definitely go back!

Great property. My only complaint is we were sold the upgrade to a room that did not have warm water, water pressure, and at times didn't work at all for majority of our stay and the property knew this. When we talked to the front desk about the situation they kept saying it would be fixed that day but it never was. When we apprached the front desk staff about our frustration of paying for an upgrade to a room that didnt work properly and our children couldn't shower we were meet with a very snarky emplyee and told she would refund us, but would move us back to the original room booked and it didnt have water either.

Fauna, flora, amenities, food, shows were excellent. The only down side was the sargassum that prevented us from going in the ocean

Just did our 3rd visit back to this resort. Absolutely love this place. Don't expect a great beach area at the resort but a short 15 walk from here you have the beautiful turquoise waters of Cancun.

This was our second stay at Marina El Cid and we loved it as much as our first. Beautiful resort! Staff were incredible, they work so hard to make your stay enjoyable. We love that you have access to all 3 hotels, it made for lots of options throughout the day for swimming, entertainment and meals. The food was delicious! Our favourite restaurants were the French and Teppanyaki. They are working hard to restore the beach but if you walk past the marina there is a beautiful beach to enjoy. We hope to be back again one day.
