“1.I payed club room with 330USD per day. But live with same room as normal 2. They always made mistake , like not provide me the card, charge me Internet fee. And never say sorry, even they know it's theirw mistake”

“Nice hotel. Pool water was too warm (not their fault - really hot in PV that time of year). Unfortunately for me, there was one single specific construction area - a temporary "box" sticking out of the structure which emitted extremely loud banging noises all day long, and it was directly above my room. A bit odd that the hotel was at least half empty, yet they assigned me a room right under the floor of the construction. ”

“Everything was amazing. The food: we ate at all 3 of the restaurants on the property as well as Hiroshi. The spa was great. We participated in the Hydro therapy followed by a 50 minute massage. 2 employees that stood out were Ronnie by the poolside. He was very friendly, helpful and checked in with me daily. I enjoyed practicing my spanish with him. We had drinks at the Hotel Mousai and was served by Victor. Victor was extremely friendly as well and was able to answer many of our questions about……
