"The hotel had on-going work done but despite that the owner arranged for us to have breakfast in a nearby restaurant and we did not suffer from work related noise. The location is perfect, just on the edge of the historical centre. Parking is in the street."

We arrived too tired to think of going to a restaurant and the prepared an impromptu but delicious meal. And we can't say enough good things about Rosa, her daughter Miriam and her husband Tiziano! "It was not what we expected it certainly was not the same place we viewed on line with a beautiful balcony over looking the ocean. To many stairs either about 10 steps for a bathroom going down or up. We made the best but not a place I would go back to. "

"Lovely place to stay for a couple of nights. Lovely room, lovely staff but think it’s not the best value for money. Not great for anyone who struggles with steep stairs. No breakfast included and overall know others who were also staying in town for a wedding that got much better value for their money (ie bigger space, breakfast included and just as central). "

"Aeris was the perfect place to stay in Polignano. A family run business, the building was conveniently located, there is an elevator to the higher floors, the fresh cooked breakfast is incredible and our room was really beautiful and comfortable. "

"By far one of the most unorganized hotel i have ever tried. Reception hardly ever there and when someone comes, can't help much. Furniture old and uncomfortable, sheets and towels hardly every changed. One day the person who clean the room, left the room with our door wide open fir anyone to get in and left his or her key in our door. So safety is zero."

"I was disappointed with this hotel. The check in was terrible, we got in tired from traveling all day and we we're told they couldn't offer us anything to eat and that we had to go out at 9pm. The whole stay felt very unwelcoming. No one brings you towels to the pool, you have to bring your own bags to the car. It was the opposite of hospitality and not what you expect from the price per night. Won't be recommending to anyone. "

"The place is located close/walking distance to the city center. We have to call the proprietor as this not a hotel, we were asked to pick up our keys at the caffe (where we had our Italian breakfast- delicious pastry and coffee too). The room was on 3rd floor, elevator is working well. The building is clean and safe. The only thing we have to say was the bathroom door doesn't close (looks like door was smaller??). Our hostess was very helpful and pleasant. "

"I cannot say enough about Agustino and his staff. Our flight from the U.S. was delayed and our luggage never made the connection to Bari. Agustino handled communication by phone with the luggage lost and found department at the airport. The location is across the street from the train station. Very convenient to restaurants and shopping. There is a breakfast menu in your room which you order from the night before and it is served in your room which is nice. When we needed to exchange...
