Staff was amazing especially gricelda the host she was amazing and sadie at pool was great along with staff so helpful and took great care of us..

The e team there is amazing! Shout out to the staff for making my wife and I feel so welcomed! From Santos in the restaurants to Versace and Candy on the E team! It was a blast and I look forward to going back soon!

Recently stood at this property for Memorial Day Weekend checked in on May 22nd and to say the least it was pouring down raining. Arrival at the airport was organized (customs), transportation was booked through expedia that was convenient. I booked a Xhale Club Suite w/pool view. The room I was in was partial pool view, the jacuzzi was not working, the room was outdated and all depending on your neighbors it can get a bit noisy. At the Xhale club lounge there is a sign displayed for members to have they card for access to the lounge/VIP. Anyone can access this lounge as they were not checking for room cards. The food restaurants, entertainment, and housekeeping were okay. Beach area there were a lot of locals soliciting so be careful. The bartenders Daniel and Jhon were amazing. The spa experience at Dreams was a great experience. Overall I would rate this resort a 6/10.

The Resort was ok. From check-in your greeted with a drink. Front desk was nice and very fast. After checking in, you get pulled aside for an opportunity to get a time-share. (Luckily the staff wasn’t pushy) took an extra 10 minutes. From there, they send you off to your room. The room was simple. King bed, white sheets, closet, safe, jetted tub on the balcony. The room was great. Spacious, and water was hot for a shower. Dining Options: skip room service. The food is dry, bland, unseasoned…etc. the “fried chicken” looked raw/unsafe to eat. However, it wasn’t raw, I pulled apart a choice bone to see. Just wasn’t appetizing. The club sandwich was bland, fries cold. Overall, don’t order room service, not worth the drunky munchies. Now, main dining options for the resort. The Spoon Buffet for bread eat was actually pretty good, food was tasty, lots of variety. I’d go again. Culiaria had fantastic scallops and the ambiance was great. I’d go again. Hibachi: standard run of the mill hot table. Make a reservation . It’s a personal quiet setting with other guests so that was neat. Steampunk Dinner and Show: this was great experience. The menu was simple yet tasty. 4-5 course meal, after dinner get a VIP table with some champagne the DJ was doing well, the Dancers had fun. Would see it again for the experience Romantic Dinner on the beach: this was more for the final night to unwind and relax take in the sunset and talk to that significant other. Just the two of you

Miguel was very helpful with taking care of everything we needed. And was very easy to reach. Very happy with the experience here.

The property is beautiful and so clean. Staff at the front desk was just ok honestly but the restaurant, bar, and entertainment staff was amazing! Rooms were clean and comfortable. They do get a little moist but we kept the room cool and our doors closed and that helps. Food is great for an all inclusive. Pools are lively and fun. There’s always an activity happening at the main pool. And although our room was facing the pool the room was pretty sound proof. The beach is beautiful. However, every 10 mins someone is walking up asking you if you want to buy something and some even haggle. We quickly became annoyed by this. That would be my only complaint. But overall I would highly recommend!
