The property is good, only problem my husband and my friends came the whole body with bug bites, they need to check the chairs in the main pool.

Pros: prooerty is beautiful. Nice gym. Clean beach.
Cons: fiance got food poisoning on the 3rd day which wiped her out and pretty much ruined the trip. Other people also reported getting food poisoning which resulted in them cutting their trip short. Staff here do not speak great english like all inclusives in mexico. Food is small portions and meets the definition of mediocrity. The Bell Hop dude ordered me a taxi one day after we had an agreed upon price. Once the cab driver dropped me off, he hit me for another $15. Not a big deal, but i got hustled. The staff is on island time. You will not receive the same level of service as you will from all inclusives in mexico.
This would be a 1 star if the property wasnt gorgeous.

Best all inclusive resort we've been to. Food at all of the restaurants was pretty good - much better than other all inclusive resorts we've stayed at. The rooms were great! Very comfortable beds. Service was top notch. Everyone was quite nice. The resort's bars have top brand liquors. The beach was nice. Lots of beach loungers to choose from. Nice fitness center. The only complaint (and this is outside of the resort's control) is that my wife got several sand flea bites on her legs from the beach. Make sure to take bug spray with you!

Property overall is well maintained. The sand fleas and mosquitoes are terrible so please bring some type of bug repellent. After a day on the beach, my legs were bit up and swole.
The service of the staff was hit or miss. Some of the staff at the restaurants , such as Jesus at the Lobster House, had excellent customer service and was very personable. However, there was some staff that were very inattentive.
The food and drinks were the best part of the stay. The menu selection was very robust and the drinks were crafted well!
The property also had a lot of activities for guest and night entertainment.
Overall, nice experience outside of the pest issue.

My friend and I were terribly sick from staying at this resort. We were charged extortionate fees to see the on site doctor, sent to a private clinic that was affiliated with the doctor 50 minutes away while there were closer, cheaper, and better equipped hospitals that we could have went to, and ended up paying $1000 out of pocket for an IV. Several other guests were also sick at the same time and we banded together to help each other, but it was truly a nightmarish experience.
