Toilet sit very old,didn't charge after my request. Pillows old and bad quality. Beach towels small and old.Water in the pool dirty. Cleaning property starting late.Quality of fruits below average. No coffee machines in the buffet.

I went there with my sister for our birthday and we really enjoyed it. This place is a paradise on earth! The resort got everything you need to be happy and enjoy your stay! The staffs are incredible nice and very helpful no need to worry about language barrier, everyone speaks English plus some French , Portuguese etc… .Specially our butler Alfredo M He took care of us like the queens we are ! Always available at our service. Answer each of ours questions, planning all of our tours and get away . Even when he’s not around he presents us to another employee that was checking on us every single day. I will definitely go back next year !exceed my expectations the hotel and his staff. Must go place !

Overall my stay was a 10/10, the staff were very friendly and kind. They made you feel at home. The property is a little on the old side, they need to upgrade rooms, but for the price you can’t complain. Overall I had an amazing time, and will definitely love to return. And it was kid friendly which was a plus for me.

Our stay was amazing! We came here for our honeymoon and all the staff was so attentive at making our stay so special. Our butler Julio was truly amazing. He always was able to be reached and handled any issues we had. He decorated our room which was beautiful and made sure we had everything the honeymoon package included. We will definitely be back!!
