I’d like to express my gratitude to Jordania for making our trip so special. She went out of her way to arrange and accommodate special requests for my boyfriends birthday. She helped me way in advance before the trip when i was still in New York.
All staff was very helpful but Jordania was the best and she needs to be recognized for all her efforts.
Thank u Jordania I couldn’t pull this off without you!

Upon arrival and once check in was completed, my two rooms were not available; was asked to return in 2 hours. After the 2 hrs lapsed I returned to front desk and was informed room still not available, waited until 3 pm and room still not available, I spoke to a rep who escalated concern to management. Angelo quickly helped us we had our rooms within 5 min , after that our experience was nothing less than amazing. Angelo was always attentive to our needs, helped with restaurant reservations, VIP pool and beach was excellent, assisted by Pedro each Day with outstanding service. Yafreisy attended to us by buffet area everyday, always had our table ready and super courtious. The kids club staff was excellent as well. Rooms are gorgeous and super clean. The facility is breath taking. Thank you all for making this such a pleasurable and memorable experience

We booked this property for a girls trip. We booked the presidential suite which includes the reserve experience and we’re hoping to get excellent service, drinks and dining experience. However, the staff was very non chalant, food was worse than mediocre and the drinks were also very sub par. The fruit and other fresh salad areas at the buffets all had flies/mosquitoes hovering around them. Salads were wilted. They did not have basic cooking ingredients like garlic or jalapeños (when we requested for these to be added to our pizza or omelette, they said they didn’t have them). The resort was quite empty. After our expression of disappointment on day 2, the staff did try to make things better, but the food just never tasted good. We will not stay at this property again.

Very unique property with a lot of charm. Front desk reception not very knowledgeable but concierge/customer service was awesome. Angelo and Anthony were amazing and they made us feel very special. Thank you Angelo and Anthony!!!
