The staff was very friendly. The Riu fun staff engaged in lots of activities with us. The steakhouse was very nice. The buffet had many options. Pepe’s was always on point with the burgers.

This was a mother and daughter trip and I cannot begin to say how grateful I am to the staff for making our experience amazing. They are truly caring and will go out their way to make you comfortable. The entertainment crew was amazing and the facilities in the hotel are clean, new and accessible at all times. The room was cleaned twice per day and they are constantly restocking the fridge. If you are second guessing your stay DONT ! This is the place to go :)

This property was excellent! The property is beautiful, the staff is always friendly and ready to serve you. 10/10 recommend! The cleanliness was 10/10, house keeping was the best. Servers and bartenders were attentive and friendly. Drinks were all amazing! The food was so good! The buffet was delicious and the dinner options were great. I have zero complaints. The RIU parties were LIT ! Club Pacha was so much fun. Shout out to Noelvis at the sports bar at night, Victor serving us at the pool, Carlos and Sebastian at the Cuban bar. I wish I could remember everyone’s name. Fray at the reception was very helpful always and professional, he spoke excellent English. Even the pool clean up crew was so friendly. I pay very close attention to detail. I’ve been to plenty of resorts all over but this RIU property really was my favorite stay. Just make sure you take plenty of bug spray and sunscreen ! I will definitely visit again ! Thank you so much for such an amazing time!

The staff was all very nice with the exception of the gentleman in Destination Services he was very rude.

Staff was exceptional! The only issue we had was no food after 930pm except for the bar with nasty food with flies flying and landing on the food. Not appetizing!

After a long review process of many resorts, we were very satisfied with our pick of this resort. The staff is amazing, the dining options are many. The entertainment was lively and the property is clean. It amazes me the attention to detail each staff display for a safe, relaxing 5 star experience. We did the Elite Club Experience and it is highly recommended!

We've stayed at 9 hotels in PC, and Macao is our new favorite. It's similar to Ambar, but it has elevators, 3 pools, and on-site entertainment. Unlike Ambar, you aren't kicked out of the pools at 6 PM, and the sports bar is in a central location, open 24/7 with a small buffet that includes fruit. Unlike Iberostar Grand, Barcelo Bavaro Beach, and Punta Cana Princess, all rooms are smoke-free. The beds are comfortable. The showers are big enough for two people. The beach is beautiful. The non-bar pools are warm and big enough for privacy. The food at the buffet restaurant is extremely varied and delicious, with many nutritious options, and the servers (especially Roosevelt) are polite and efficient. The only minor annoyance is the movement sensor in the room that turns on a bright LED light in the bathroom instead of a dim light to find the toilet before sunrise. We HATED the low-brow neon pool party at a sister hotel and the schoolbus driver that took us there playing a misogynist song about having many girlfriends at ear-piercing volume. However, we loved everything at RIU Palace Macao per se, so we hope to go back.
