“We enjoyed our 8-day stay at the Best Western Sapphire. Upon checking in, we were surprised to be asked to pay an additional fee for our 8-year-old daughter who is considered an additional adult rather than a child. Our hotel suite was very nice, fairly new, and had a view of Sun World’s Sun Hills. When we checked in, it was extremely busy due to Vietnamese Labor Day and Reunification Day (lots of tourists being bussed in and out each day) but the last few days of our stay were very quiet and we……

“First I must say the negatives here are minor and the customer service was most definitely 5 stars. Quick with the negatives; housekeeping put a torn sheet on the bed. Pet peeve of mine I hate to see. There is no shower stall but a large tub almost 3 feet deep. Treacherous to get in and out of; no shower curtain; room gets flooded and the floor is slick; not a fan. That’s it. Everything else was amazing people skills by the front desk and the dining room. They all went above and beyond to see……

Leckeres Essen, leider fixes Menü mit sehr kleinen Portionen. Wer mehr will, muss das oft und deutlich ssgen, und auch dann wird es schwierig. “There are just 1 to 2 lobby staff helping for check in.Although the female staff is patient and friendly but the hotel quality is damn lousy.When we all family arrived in hotels,there didn't any porter come to help us carry the luggage.In room,TV is broken,toilet obstruction.Besides,there is not any multifuction plug in room.The toilet of lobby and dining floor didn't get door,it is terrible and embarass.The price is not cheap but the hotel quality is suck!”
