The front desk staff were very accomodating and did not look down on us for speaking English. Pool was way too cold, hot tub was needing more jets with power.

Our room was well appointed, quiet. Some rooms have balconies that overlook the interior pool. There was nightly live music in the pool area. Thankfully this noise didn’t travel to our room. Be sure to ask for the appropriate accommodations if this is something you would like or prefer to avoid.
Our stay was 4 nights. The only time someone attempted to clean our room was early the first morning. I’m not sure why, but they never knocked on our door again. I am certain if we were early risers they might have attempted to come in to restock or replace towels etc. But that never happened. To be fair, we were in and out of the room throughout the day. I just left our trash cans in the hallway which they did empty.
Not a game changer. We enjoyed our stay and would return.

Stayed in the city view suite and I cannot express how wonderful the entire experience was. Everything we wanted was walkable and easy to enjoy.
