I was late to my hotel due to car trouble and desperately needed a nap and they still let me check in at 8:30 Am and offered me to be able to stay later due to my situation this hotel was safe clean and amazing customer service can’t say anything less than amazing!!!

Loved that it was walking distance to all the shops and restaurants in Old Quebec. Didn’t like that there was no parking available and had to use public parking. The hosts were great in giving parking options and quick to respond to messages. Very clean and modern apartment. Not the usual feeling of a hotel room. Overall were satisfied and would recommend to family and friends

The property is 11/10 clean, me and my girlfriend loved the place although we didn’t get to stay in it much because she was hospitalized the night that we supposed to sleep there. One big thing is that the property is close to the hospital, it is the one necessity I thought I would never need but it came in handy the night that we stay there because my girlfriend got an allergy reaction. The owner was super understanding, she let us leave the hotel later than the check-out time supposed to be which helped a lot for us to pack everything back. I would recommend this property for everyone who is traveling 2.

The property was in perfect walking distance of Old Quebec city. Any issues were very quickly resolved by the management and the building was kept spotless. The only negatives were it said Netflix was available but it actually wasn’t, which wasn’t an issue at all since we barely spent any time in the room, and it said there was shampoo and conditioner provided but there wasn’t, again not an issue as we brought our own regardless. I would definitely return in the future and recommend the hotel to anyone who wants to explore the old city.

What an incredible find! We were very pleased with our room. Big windows that let in lots of light. Good shades to pull at night. Nice kitchenette to store our drinks. We did not cook as there were so many options within a block or two. We would gladly stay here again.

This property is beautiful. The room had everything we needed including a kitchen that was fully stocked with utensils and cooking tools. The washer and dryer were very convenient. The staff were able to bring anything we needed the next morning which was nice. Entry into the building was simple but made us feel secure. Everything was very clean as well!
Overall, we loved this place and would absolutely stay here again!
