"Llegué al hotel y no había nadie para recibirme. Estuve haciendo esperar un taxi en la calle por si tenía que irme. Al rato, llega una pareja y me dice que conoce a la gente del hotel, pero no es que se hace responsable. Abren, me dan una toalla, las llaves, me indica los lugares, y se terminó la relación hasta que me fui. No había agua caliente en el baño. Había cucarachas en los pisos de varias partes del hotel, en mi habitación y en el baño. "
