“Great staff ”

“A repeat stay for us – good aircon, good wifi, spacious, nice spa offering massages at reasonable prices on the 3rd floor, fairly good breakfasts, reasonably quiet (by Manila standards). Water dispenser in the room is much appreciated.”

When I asking the reason, the official response is new hotel policy. If it make the hotel better and more lovely, that you I’ll be good move. But it makes the hotel not so good as before. “This place was a rip off. With false advertisement. The very reason I picked this place is because of parking included. It turns out parking was P500 a night which was scarce too. They told me it was optional. Intold them to change their ad and state optional as I wouldn’t have picked this If I have known parking was not included. The whole building smells like grease trap which made me puke a lot when we were staying there. The shower handle was broken and leaking, the internet didn’t have……
