Feb 10, 2020Absolutely love this area. My only complaints are the walls at lodge are paper thin and we could clearly hear the guy in the room next to us snoring and not a ton of reasonably priced meal ootions

"So this is a very 70’s property but the views over the lake are to die for. So peaceful and lots of wildlife. Saw bald eagles golden eagles and much else. Don’t expect a fancy room but remember it’s all about the location. Salmon House restaurant also v good. Make sure you walk some of the trails. ..."

Oct 3, 2019Gatton falls was an easy hike. Merriman Falls was even more spectacular and it is right off of the road. Don't miss the largest spruce tree next to the property.
