“We had a lovely stay at this home. It was very clean, comfortable and spacious so we could all spread out. We were glad to have a nice warm house to stay in because the weather was terrible! I also went swimming in the warm pool even though it was 60 and raining! Would highly recommend.”

“4 families came from CA for a graduation celebration. Enough room and beds for all 10 of us. Easy access to lake. Backyard is huge, had fun playing badminton and volleyball. Also lit a fire at the fire pit one night. Managers were very responsive to our questions and requests There is a projector and we were able to watch movies at night. Pretty cool. Had a great stay.”

“This place was one of the best parts of my stay on LI. It is tucked away on a beautiful stretch of property but still close to central locations making it easy to go out for provisions. I "gifted" myself a stay here as a single-mother and former art maker. This was the first time I painted in 10+ years, the environment and the energy filled my cup to overflowing! “You have the opportunity to attend a graduation party at the Hamptons, where everyone had to find their own accommodations. The location is essentially located to town to the water and beautiful scenic paths. The host insured that the home was exceptionally clean and amenities provided. Not to mention accommodating due to last-minute change in schedule.”

“We loved our stay here! The hosts were very helpful and communicative leading up to and during our short stay. The house was perfect for our family - the pool area is fantastic and being able to grill food at the outdoor kitchen is such a bonus. No back and forth to the house for snacks or drinks! We spent the evening around the fire pit and the extended deck meant that there was plenty of room for us to relax and our kids to play. We also explored the local area and nearby beaches. The home was exactly as pictured on the site, it was by far the cleanest and best taken care property that we have rented through VRBO! We were beyond impressed by the Host Eddie and his home! “My family and I had wonderful stay at the "Cool House." The host were great and responded in a timely manner. We were down in L.I. for my sons baseball tournament and it was perfect located 20 minutes away from Lasorda Legacy park. It was great to wake up in the morning and see the bay from the deck. House was clean and had all the amenities.”

“This place was nice and roomy for our family of 8 plus 3 littles kiddos. Pretty clean as well. I gave listing accuracy a 5 because it is accurate but that may be because it doesn't tell you much. We were a little short on towels, many light bulbs were burnt out or just missing. We replaced some (they were there) and moved others to balance out the light. No kitchen linens, short on bath towels, short on paper towels and definitely not enough TP. 3 partial rolls and 1 bathroom had none so we had……

“The house is small but it has everything you need. The ocean was lovely to watch and good scavenging for rocks and sea glass. Very private place. My pup and I had a good time!”

“The property was clean and large and the outdoor space made for a fun gathering place, especially for the children in our group. It would have been nice to have dedicated spaces to hang towels and clothes, especially as we had so many people staying. The hosts were friendly and accommodating and we would stay again.”

“Great location. Pristine beach with hardly anyone else on the beach (mid May). No shampoo or conditioner in bathrooms as reported. The house needs a bit of TLC. Could be a bit cleaner. There was sand on the floor in the master bedroom upon our arrival. It seemed like there was white dog hair on the bedspread. I dont have a dog. The dishwasher seemed like it was working but was not getting the dishes clean. I think it is time for a new dishwasher.”
