Located only minutes from UNC, The Ram's Retreat is a freshly renovated, centrally-located 5 br/3ba home for those looking to enjoy all that Chapel Hill has to offer. This three level home sleeps up to 12 people and has plenty of space for groups and families. It features two eating areas, two living spaces, ample parking, hot tub, grill, and outdoor living spaces too. We enjoy hosting and want to make your stay as comfortable as possible, so please let us know how we can best accommodate you

Designed with families in mind, The Ram's Retreat has a cozy, comfortable vibe with plenty of space to comfortably accomodate up to 12 people.

Centrally located, the home is minutes to UNC, Franklin Street, and University Mall.

Gathering of family for Thanksgiving. Mom wasn’t with us this year. Family joined together to eat, talk and just have fun. Location convenient for latte night snack and last minute pick up. Short trip to Durham and back. Spacious, comfortable and worth the price.

Better than expected
We rented this place for overflow lodging when our daughter graduated high school. The house was perfect-- really pretty and tastefully decorated. Lovely hot tub and back deck, beautiful backyard, quiet, lots and lots of room for everyone. Thank you!

Great location
Great location, comfortable space and good amenities for 7-8 adults and family gatherings. Enjoyed our stay and would recommend this property! Wonderful to have the hot tub during the cold snap. Steps to the entry were a bit difficult for elderly visitors, and the downstairs needed a space heater during the very cold weather.
