“Clean nice area ”

“I loved StayAPT! I will definitely be staying here again! Check-in and check out was an easy process, staff was nice and the other guests were also friendly! I didn’t want to leave! I wish I could have made it my home for awhile!”

“This is a great property in a prime location near Downtown Raleigh. I had a minor issue with the AC unit running out of refrigerant but the host fixed the issue promptly and prorated me for the inconvenience. I will definitely recommend this host and property to friends.”

“We were in the area for a family event and could not have been more pleased with this townhome. Lovely wooded neighborhood, well appointed two story unit with stylish kitchen, large great room, and an outdoor area. Upstairs two rooms set up as bedrooms and one as an office. Convenient to airport and to stores. Property contact was very responsive and helpful. Success!”

“The outdoor deck is a great asset of this house. It is private and accommodates a large group. The house was clean with comfortable beds in the bedrooms, nice bathrooms, and a kitchen stocked with all that we needed. It comfortably sleeps 8 people with 4 full beds. The only downfall is that we didn't find the day bed and pullout couch to be comfortable so this is something to consider if you have to sleep more than 8 people. Otherwise, we enjoyed this home.”

“Stayed at this adorable house for the weekend when down for my daughter's baby shower. Home was clean and exactly as depicted on the website. Property manager was very responsive to questions I had prior to arriving and answered them in a timely manner. House was close to town and perfect for my needs! Would highly recommend and stay there again in a heartbeat!”
