Worst experiences of MY life! Was there a week and I literally have bug bites everywhere! Not sure if they are flee or bedbugs! The property is old and run down! 12hrs of travel all I wanted to do is shower. Went to my room got in the shower shampoo in my hair and the water turns off! Don’t get me started on the company coming2 that arranged the trip from and too airport! Both time no one showed and I spent 620$ just getting to and from the airport! The specialty restaurants the food was amazing but the others you will spend ur day in the bathroom! I will not lie the experience was so bad I will never in my life go back to puta Cana!!! Everyone there is just trying to steal your money. I travel a lot for vacation and I have never experienced anything like it!

This property was beautiful and the staff were amazing. The entertainment was awesomeeesse I definitely would stay here ago. Santos was there when we arrived and he took great care of us major shoutout to him. My next trip

The entertainment at night was enjoyable. The staff was very helpful and the hotel establishment was clean. The resort had a great selection of tasty food to accomondate everyone.

My husband was physically aggressed and seriously injured during our stay, it happened inside the resort.
