“Everything was perfect. From check in to check out! There are four pools and each has its own charm and menu! We spent time at all but the spa. The new Conchilla pool had a great mellow vibe and menu. The room was really nice. We had a king lake view. Great location. The bathroom definitely could use a remodel but it was fine. The bed was firm and comfy nice soft sheets. Dog friendly but bring your own bowls because they are not provided. Lots of activities for the kids but definitely is……

“My friend and I were given a room that faced a wall. After expressing our concerns, the constroller manager was able to move us to a golf course view room. Not ideal because the trees block the views, but we appreciate they tried to move things around and made it happend for us. Thank you!”

“Our hosts were very communicative and accommodating. The facility we stayed at had tennis, pickleball, pools. Close proximity to shopping and restaurants. There were rooms enough for four adults. We had a very lovely stay.”
