“Bed linen and pillow cases seem not clean. We stayed consecutive 3 nights. The towels were not changed for 2 nights. On the 3rd day, we met the housekeeping staff and asked him to change towels. He answered that he only changed towels for rooms that had been checked out and informed us to go to the reception at the main building 200m away from the annex building where we lived. Apparently he was changing towels and nothing else”

“預定寫前一天才會收到房間跟密碼，但卻沒收到mail，到達住宿地點後發現連不上網路，只好打電話詢問。 但英文不太好，對方說聽不懂我們在講什麼，叫我們寄email問，然後就掛電話。接著我又再打了一通，他直接拒接。又再打了第三次，一樣拒接。用另一位的手機打，一接通他發現是我們，直接說『聽不懂你們在說什麼』然後掛電話。 最後只好找隔壁也要入住的人求助，他說他也沒收到入住的mail，他理解我們的無助並且表示可以幫我們打電話問，才成功接通電話沒被掛斷。 非常糟糕的入住方式！ 如果沒有路人好心幫忙，當下沒網路無法翻譯無法傳mail，住宿方又不願意接電話，說好會提前一天寄的mail每個房客都表示沒收到，真的就露宿寒冷街頭了。”

“This was our second stay in a year’s time. If you don’t know what to expect, you may be surprised. It’s an old boarding school, so it has a cool factor. It feels like you’ve stepped back in time because everything looks original. The rooms are old but clean and have a bed, table, and sink. The bathrooms are down the hall, old but clean as well. It could really use some renovations. The location is great if you’re in the area because there aren’t many other options. We were disappointed with……

“由於入住當日打大風，行車道封閉，不能在周邊行車觀光，整體住宿不錯，有煮食設備，駕駛到達小屋，用密碼取匙。如果天氣好應該可以觀賞極光，當日打大風，不能離開小屋，入住時最好在附近超市購買食品，否則沒有餐廳。”

“Great property. We enjoyed our time. Everything was perfect. Breakfast was so good.”

“It's near the hot spring spot yet I can't even open a suitcase in my room. For the room like this, it's rent is crazily high. There are cabinets in front of this guesthouse which seems much nicer. Nevertheless, it provides a nice living room but you have to climb up a super steep stairs to reach there.”

“冰島南部本來就是到冰島第一次自駕必到，但南部由其旺季，基本要找便宜旅館不多，這間幸運地發現，可能有別人除消了，我就立刻訂了。環境十分好，附近十分多景點，酒店餐廳有水準，有得訂真要立即訂”

“旅店很舒適乾淨，有3間廁所與淋浴，公共空間整潔，廚房應有盡有很齊全（有洗碗機冰箱餐具熱水壺烤箱微波爐），餐桌很大，是自助入住，房東會寫信跟你說鑰匙在哪怎麼退房，垃圾分類這些，停車場大，附近光害少沒什麼店家，天氣好走出旅館可以看到極光。因為附近沒什麼店家，大家記得沿路有超市時就先買好食材到旅店煮。離飯店不遠處有加油站。”

“Well appointed units in a lovely quiet rural setting. Horses were entertaining. Kitchen incuded a induction cooktop and dishwasher. Great wifi and comfortable beds.”

“Very quaint and clean hotel in a farm setting. A bit out of the way but a wonderful experience. Plus you can meet their farm dog!”
