“The property was excellent. The one that checked us in was very nice, friendly and knows the area. We talked to him later in the day and asked about the area and all the closures and Covid was the reason. Everything was fantastic at the property. ”

“Washer and dryer available, but no small portions (boxes) of laundry soap for sale. Free breakfast starts at 7:00 which is later than usual at most hotels / motels. Excellent Staff. Swimming pool is not operational. ”

“We loved staying here and know we will come again. Just a few suggestions: the cooktop was really dirty! The bathroom rugs didn’t look too clean, could use more towels and washcloths, the bath mat in the tub didn’t look too sanitary, there was a carton of eggs in the refrigerator that held empty shells that looked pretty gross. We loved the swing on the front porch, so quiet and peaceful. We will definitely stay here again. Thank you.”

“We had a pleasant stay in our room in this vintage mom and pop motel founded in the 50s. It was very quiet even though on the main road through town. the room was clean and comfortable at a good rate. The Oasis Diner on site is a plus. Good home cooking at great prices. The servers there are attentive and friendly.”
