“The office staff were all very professional and friendly. My visit was due to flooding of my home from the Ohio river. I wasn’t informed until the evening of 4-3 that I needed to evacuate now, as the River was over the bank and would continue flooding the area. I haven’t driven at night time in 6-7 years, so the drive over to the hotel was extremely stressful for me. The hotel allowed my late arrival. One thing I really appreciated, was the way they spaced the hotel guests. We weren’t on top of……

“Overall we enjoyed our stay! The master bedroom doesn't get the best A/C airflow so it took a while to get to sleep at night but it was comfortable and roomy. The cabin is remote and quiet which was one of our main goals! We had a relaxing stay and enjoyed ourselves. Only downside is we did not see in the listing anywhere that said the pool wasn't open yet which was one of the reasons we chose this property. The owner's explanation made sense and they were very responsive and professional.”
