“Clean and cozy, everything is perfect”

“Nice enough. Clean. I could smell a faint smoke smell in our room. I don’t recall the hotel saying their rooms are non-smoking, but most are unless they directly say, so that was a little annoying. Other than that it was ok. Maybe a little overpriced, but I’m sure the proximity to the amphitheater is why they can mark it up. ”

“Did not care for self check out. Had to wait for an employee to come back to the desk to check us in. But they did so, very efficiently and conveniently. Room was excellently clean shower bathroom everything absolutely zero complaints very comfortable bed was comfortable. Would definitely stay there again.”

“Check-in was not nice as the receptionist was very curt and unfriendly. Only the check-in was bad, yhe rest of the stay was nice.”

“It was very convenient as we were attending a concert at the amphitheather next door. We were able to walk across the river for shopping and dinner beforehand. Virtual check-in and keycard thru the app was VERY nice. FREE breakfast is always nice. Bed was horrid, and killed my back, but room was very clean and modern. Shower soap dispenser was either broken or empty, so was unable to get "clean". Overall, would def stay again when coming over the mountain for a show!!”

“Our door wouldn't open, not a good sign. The front desk lady came up and messed eith it a few times and got it open, we just stayed in so we wouldn't have to hassle with it again. The room was clean and quiet, we had to be at the airport by 4am. The night desk lady was so nice and made a pot of coffee for us earlier than usual since we had to be at the airport so early. It was a nice stay.”

“The stay was good, room clean and good service. The big problem was that there wasn't a closet or a drawer. I was there for a ski trip and that made my experience problematic not having any place to store regular clothes and ski gears. Overall I'd recommend it.”
