“I felt very lucky to find this affordable room for my work/play trip to NYC. It is located super conveniently to three different train lines and a whole host of bars, bodegas, and restaurants which for a 9-day stay, was a great perk. I also appreciated having access to a full kitchen with supplies to save a little from eating out constantly. Bed was comfortable and the place was pretty quiet, despite having a lot of guest rooms and folks coming and going. Some pitfalls: My room smelled of……

“Our recent stay at this property in East Orange was quite enjoyable. The neighborhood was safe and quiet, providing a peaceful environment for relaxation. The house itself was cozy, and we appreciated the thoughtful touches provided by our host, Emmanuel. Emmanuel was very responsive and made sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. While there are a couple of areas that could use improvement, such as ensuring the bedding is always fresh and replacing the sticky rug to maintain……

“This is a great place in a great neighborhood! We booked this for a week long trip of sightseeing in New York for 2 couples and our youngest son. It was easy getting on and off the island by bus and we figured out the subway system pretty easy. The place is beautiful and served us well for everything we needed. We did debate on renting a car but for going to New York City it seemed like more of a liability than an asset. The bus is 2 blocks away and it takes you straight to Times Square/port……

“My family was in town for a memorial service and this house was perfect for what we needed. We could all spread out and also had a serene place to gather and be a family. Accommodations were wonderful with a private bath for the each of us. Thank you for providing us a great place to stay.”

“This property has a spacious and well maintained backyard. The firepit was surrounded by comfortable patio couches. The interior was spacious for the 6 of us staying here. It was clean and had everything we could possibly need to cook/clean. Location is super close to Manhattan and it was quiet surrounding the house. The only trouble with the area is the street parking in Jersey City, but the accommodations outweigh the 1 negative. The host is easy to reach and will answer any questions about……

“Appart spacieux que nous louions dans la maison. C'est une maison partagée avec plusieurs colocataires. La situation de l'appart est éloigné de New-York nécessité de prendre un bus pour se déplacer et rejoindre NY par contre proximité des ferries . Bergen est très calme c'est un peu la campagne c'est le New Jersey. Valentine est très disponible et prêt à rendre service.”

“Fue muy agradable estar en este hotel. Es como un departamento, 2 dormitorios con comodas camas. Una cocina con hornallas y horno, Microondas, Heladera grande con freezer, vajilla completa y hasta un lavavajillas! Muy comodos loa 3 estuvimos. Muy recomendable el hotel, buena atencion, checkout a las 11, Estupendo!”
