“Old school furniture in every room. TV in living room and main bedroom only. No grill even though pics and description says there is. 2 bikes available but flat tires and no pump and very rusty. Patio umbrella was a beach umbrella not a real patio umbrella. Excellent location. Close to beach and main drag with all the great restaurants. All rooms were large and clean with some wear and tear but I would stay here again.”

“Stayed here with my sister and my small dog for a weekend getaway and it was perfect! They even had a dog bed and toys for any dogs that visit. There wasn’t as much grass area as I thought there would be to take my dog right outside but it worked out just fine. Rooms were nice and spacious, there’s a half bath downstairs and a full jack and jill bath upstairs.”

“We stayed at this property for 3 nights in May. It is a very modern beautiful home. It had bedrooms all with ensuite bathrooms. The home had a pool and though we didn't ask for it to be heated, we still were able to put our feet in it. The neighborhood was very nice, but it was a long walk to beach and Rehoboth Avenue. If opportunity comes again we woud stay at this house.”

“The house needs a lot of work. Mold and mildew in the one bedroom upstairs near the vents and on the ceiling in the living room. The air conditioning vents in the window units were dusty and disgusting. Two beds had sheets with brown marks on them. There was one smoke detector in the whole house. The furniture on the front porch was uncomfortable, outdated and moldy. Some of the dishes were dirty and greasy and had to be scrubbed before we used them.
