“Check-in was fast and easy. Stay was great. Perfect location to stay in downtown San Jose. Kids loved it. I give it a 10/10. Breakfast was sooo good. They had the best breakfast out of all the other hotels I've ever been to. ”

“Very bad hotel, the facilities are outdated, there are glass fragments on the floor when I go to the bathroom at night, my foot is bleeding, I wanted to go to the hotel management but it was too late, bad, bad, bad”

“Clean room and convenient, connecting to Convention Center. Very polite receptionist and being helpful during the checkin/out. A little suggestion to the hotel: it would be great if the noise from the compressor of the vendor machine, of some floors, could be reduced.”

“Overall a great stay. It's been a few years since we had an occasion to stay at the hotel, but it's been a part of our relationship since 2003 when we had our engagement celebration dinner at La Pastaia which we miss a lot! The room was spacious and clean, except for a few stains in the carpet that obviously could not be removed... LVF should be the next move! The bed was too hard for my husband, great for me. The toilet paper was 1-ply only, so that was a bummer also. I was disappointed that……

“1. There is no elevator here, so it is inconvenient to carry heavy luggage up to the second floor. 2. This hotel does not have a restaurant. 3. The main transportation options for this hotel are: (1) Uber (2) There is VTA Light Rail on the street next door about 600~800 meters away. 4. There is no potable hot water in the lobby. You can only use a microwave to boil ice water directly. 5. There is only one restaurant nearby and a 7-11 near the VTA.”
