Other reviewers mentioned problems with the light over the hot tub; there is a GFCI outlet to the left of the tub that trips sometimes and if you reset it the lights work fine. The bubbler in the hot tub did not work but the pump did. “This property was PERFECT for our needs. We came in day b4 our son graduated from UTD & had a great time with our family of 4 (but plenty of room for more!) & hubby cooked hamburgers on the grill for our graduate & his friend's. They hung out in garage played ping pong, darts, corn hole & soaked up time together b4 parting ways to all their unique adult path's. Our daughter enjoyed the hot tub. Close to everything!”
