"The condo was super clean and has everything you need for a trip to Vancouver. For tourists (like us!) there is a “hop on, hop off” bus stop right across the street to give you an overview of the city. If you like longish walks, you can walk to the Stanley Park seawall, and it’s a short walk to Yaletown. There are good restaurants close by, and the building is next to a large hotel, so there are always taxis available. Some reviewers mentioned noise, and of course there are normal city sounds,...

"Pros- clean condo, comfy beds, Cons- has CN Train running constantly all day and night long and is ridiculously loud. -Poor communication with owner -Listed as an air conditioned unit , it is not and because the train and ship yard is so loud we couldn’t open the windows - new condo building 50’ away being built so sleeping in or quiet mornings are not an option - Very poor neighbourhood lots of homeless and the surrounding area is dirty"

"Perfect location to walk to our concert. Discovered wonderful nearby restaurants on foot including Tokyo in April, Chambar, Marugame, and MamaLee. The Chinese grocery store on location had prepared hot foods including chinese bbq, wonton soup, congee; a wide variety of fresh baked treats including Portuguese egg tarts and fresh mango sago. So we never had to cook. Gorgeous city view and of Grouse Mountain. Garage exits to Costco. Seawall nearby for running, walking, biking. Comfortable beds....

"It was difficult to control the hot water. You should replace the valve. I understand it would be difficult in a building since the water master controls the whole floor"
