They apparently gave us the wrong room and there was a person in the room. Then they had to cancel my reservation so i can get a room.

Seemed new. Had a few minor issues, such as shower head falling out of wall and hot water was lacking for bathroom sink. I mentioned the issues on checkout, so hopefully the kinks will be worked out.

Person at the front desk was very polite and helpful. His name was Toren and after a long day driving, it was a wonderful welcome.
