“Hotelli on aivan uusi ja kauniisti sisustettu. Huone oli toimiva ja tyylikäs, mutta kooltaan melko pieni. Olen samaan hintaan yöpynyt Rigassa yhtä uudessa huoneistohotellissa, mutta saanut isomman kaksion. Hinta oli kuitenkin kohdallaan hotellin tasoon nähden. Huoneeni valitettavasti sijaitsi myös roskisten välittömässä läheisyydessä ensimmäisessä kerroksessa ja sen ikkunat olivat noin 1,5 m päässä roskiksista, joten näkymät sisäpihalle eivät olleet mieluisat, eikä tehnyt mieli avata ikkunaa……

“An excellent place to stay in Riga whether for work or pleasure. It was centrally located with easy access to m ass transportation and the center. The staff was friendly and helpful and the property was in excellent condition. I was pleased with everything.”

“Original apartment is too close to railway and bus terminal which is too noisy at night. Manage is kind enough to switch to another apartment which is much more comfortable. Well equipped and spacious. Great”

“This was a very comfortable and large apartment with two rooms and a kitchen/bath. There was a washer and dryer which we did not use but were happy to see. There is a shower and a tub! The beds were extremely comfortable - nice and firm mattresses and everything was very clean. The owner was very friendly and happy to help with details. There is a very clear video showing you how to find the door to the place, and the area is very quiet. When we stayed there was some construction in the next lot……

“整體來說都很好，乾淨整齊，開放式廚房設備廚具齊全，但是洗碗布只有一個很小的，不能抹碗，最失敗。睡床太軟，睡得不舒服。優點就是公寓內有獨立Sauna ，很方便，但是浴室內的浴門不能完全關閉，洗澡時水會外洩，弄濕地面，這是缺點。公寓內沒有洗衣機，也是缺點。”

“We were in Riga with a total of 10 people and I can only recommend the house and Vineta as a landlady. The communication with Vineta was perfect and we have missed nothing. Since our return flight was very late, we were even allowed to spend the last day in the house - thanks again, Vineta! :) The house is also really beautiful! It has a large garden, a huge living room (with a very good music system) and seems altogether even larger in real than on the photos. About the location: Directly……

“Yövyin kaksi yötä asunnossa. Asunnon rappukäytävä oli aika eksoottininen ja epäsiisti. Tullessani asunnolle, huoneistossa oli todella viileää, koska ikkuna oli jätetty auki tuuletusta varten. Ilma oli siitä huolimatta aika tunkkaista ja asunto tuoksui aika voimakkaasti raikastimelta. Syy tunkkaisuuteen selvisi mennessäni kylpyhuoneeseen. Osa suihkun lattialaatoista oli ikään kuin irti, osan lattojen välissä saattoi olla jopa sentin rakoja ja vettä oli varmaan päässyt aika paljon laattojen……

“A very nice and neat apartment. Efficient and friendly staff at reception. The only problem was that there's road construction at the entrance that was a little inconveniece. Overall is good!”

Il est bien situé dans Riga avec toutes les commodités à proximité et très bien desservie en transport en comment. Le Check-in est facile et se fait en toute autonomie. J’ai beaucoup apprécié mon séjour dans cette appartement.”

“The overall impression was positive. We did not have any concerns about the apartment or amenities, or service. Especially the location was perfect! If I ever go to Riga again, I would love to stay in the same area. The only problem was the absence of the elevator, while trying to climb up (with or without a luggage) on the 6th floor. For older people it would have been simply impossible.”
