“We had to check in very late as we were traveling and this was a stopping point. Hotel staff was very nice and the hotel was very clean and welcoming. I used my Capitol One app to book the room and the app uses a “virtual card” so when I presented my actual card, there was confusion since it didn’t match the numbers of the virtual card. That took a few minutes to solve, but the front desk lady was very kind. The room was a little muggy as the air was not on when we arrived, but once the air was……
