“The property was perfect for our needs! My husband was able to work from the desk in the primary bedroom during the day while my mom and I shopped and explored nearby! Our dog LOVED the backyard and space to explore. We didn’t even need to go venture to the nearby dog park, but that was also super close! As out of towners, unfamiliar with locale, we would recommend bottled water for drinking. Everywhere we went was 5-15 min drive, we very much enjoyed our stay and grateful for the opportunity to……

“We loved our stay here! The hosts were very helpful and communicative leading up to and during our short stay. The house was perfect for our family - the pool area is fantastic and being able to grill food at the outdoor kitchen is such a bonus. No back and forth to the house for snacks or drinks! We spent the evening around the fire pit and the extended deck meant that there was plenty of room for us to relax and our kids to play. We also explored the local area and nearby beaches. “We had a lovely stay at this home. It was very clean, comfortable and spacious so we could all spread out. We were glad to have a nice warm house to stay in because the weather was terrible! I also went swimming in the warm pool even though it was 60 and raining! Would highly recommend.”

“4 families came from CA for a graduation celebration. Enough room and beds for all 10 of us. Easy access to lake. Backyard is huge, had fun playing badminton and volleyball. Also lit a fire at the fire pit one night. Managers were very responsive to our questions and requests There is a projector and we were able to watch movies at night. Pretty cool. Had a great stay.”

I "gifted" myself a stay here as a single-mother and former art maker. This was the first time I painted in 10+ years, the environment and the energy filled my cup to overflowing! “We spent a wonderful Thanksgiving together under one roof. The house was spacious enough to accommodate 11 adults, two very active kids, teenagers who needed private time and a baby. It was well stocked with everything one would need to entertain such a large party, we just had to supply the food and drink. The manager, Johanna was very responsive to all of my questions. We will definitely consider coming back and or renting a different home with this group. The one snafu was that 2 out of the 4……

“Property was very clean. The beds were very comfortable. Cold, bottled water was available in the refrigerator when we arrived. We could not find a toaster, but the kitchen was otherwise outfitted with everything we needed. Host was friendly and readily available.”

“My family and I had wonderful stay at the "Cool House." The host were great and responded in a timely manner. We were down in L.I. for my sons baseball tournament and it was perfect located 20 minutes away from Lasorda Legacy park. It was great to wake up in the morning and see the bay from the deck. House was clean and had all the amenities.”

“This listing was exactly as described and was a great little apartment in Greenport with everything we needed. About a 10 minute walk to downtown area which was very convenient. It sits on a busy street so there is some noise from the road but it did not bother us too much and the host provided noise machines in the bedrooms which was very helpful. Overall I recommend this apartment and would definitely stay in the future!”

“Property owner privately messaged me a long list of unreasonable policies not listed on vrbo and claimed guests must follow them. He or his staff hold the right to enter the property for weekly maintenance during your stay so please let him in. He also wants a copy of all guests government IDs. No other person allow in the property. Specifically no gathering at all. He holds the right to ask you to leave without refund if he finds something broken. You might be asked for credit card or cash……
