Construction materials were all over common areas like stairwells. No food options nearby. Power outlets on lamps were finicky and weren't always working.

Physical plant is a bit tired. Mattress soft. Better sound insulation between rooms, hallway and lobby would be desirable. But excellent value, location and friendly staff.
