It was very convenient to get to the Mayo Clinic. Breakfast was great. Signage is confusing. Couldn't get to the pool.

Property was beautiful and rooms comfy. Unfortunately we could hear our neighbors as of they were in the room. We think it was the connecting door that allowed the most sound but also the people nextdoor had the TV on all night so we got no sleep. A shame as it's super close to Mayo and so nice looking inside.

I liked that the property was convenient located to the Mayo Clinic because of my health. The one thing I didn't like was housekeeping they gave you towels and hand towels no washcloths is this a new thing. Am used to my room being made not that I have to ask for room service. Our trash cans were overflowing by the time we checked out.

Thank you so much for taking the time to write a review about your recent stay with us. I do apologize that there were no washcloths in your room at check in. My guess this was by accident this is not our norm. I also apologize that it wasn't explained we do housekeeping based on request. We are slowing changing this to do housekeeping on certain days of the week. Again, my apologies this wasn't explained at check in.We hope that if you are in Rochester again you will give us another try.

There was a renovation ongoing and not fair to answer question about property conditions and facilities.

Lack of a business center. Made it difficult to have to walk to Marriott for these services.
