De igual forma, ella no fue muy gentil desde el inicio diciendo que no podíamos permanecer ni unos minutos mas en la habitación después de las 11:00 am cuando es el check-out, aún cuando teníamos reserva de Kayak de 10-11 am. Nada les costaba, aún sabiendo que salíamos un lunes y casi no habían huéspedes en el hotel. El check-out debería ser a las……

“This property is built into a hillside, making golf cart rides to all desired destinations the norm. The room was nice. Bed was fairly comfortable. Food was good. Beach wasn’t great. We were excited to see monkeys the first couple days, otherwise, not much wildlife at this location. A few maintenance issues such as broken ice machine and fire alarm that kept going off, but staff was quickly responsive. Staff was great. Not our favorite all inclusive resort as a young family, but a great option……

“Wir würden sehr lieb begrüßt/betreut und unser Zimmer war sehr schön, aber leider konnte uns das Hotel nicht ganz so überzeugen. Das Restaurant ist zu teuer mit zu wenig Auswahl, in der direkten Umgebung fußläufig ist wenig bis nichts geboten. Das Frühstück und Pools waren ok. Bonus ist der direkte Strandzugang und eine Affenfamilie, die am Hotelgelände wohnt.”

“Gorgeous property and amazing pool. The surroundings are impeccable and very attractive to the eye, specially at night. Room was cozy and clean. One thing that would be appreciated is gated/guarded parking area, specially after hours, just for extra piece of mind. But that might just be me, since I noticed it’s relatively safe around here.”
