“Loved the property. Very nice way to relax after a day of driving. Geese & ducks are hatching their young on the river. Was cool to listen to them speak to each other. Unusual layout, but it works!! Beds were comfortable, furnace heating was amazing. The house behind the property made us uneasy, but we kept to ourselves. I think you should own more properties for rental if you can. God Bless. “The elders and pastors of our church held our annual retreat here. It was a great spot to meet! Sleeping 6 grown men was a bit of a stretch since dudes don’t share beds and some of the beds are more like cots. But no one complained! Good times were had by all!”

We have rented numerous properties around the country over the years, and this is the first time I did not need to go out and buy or bring paper plates, cookware or utensils. The location was perfect at the end of a quiet street in a nice neighborhood. We appreciated the quick responses and communication updates from Matti and the check in/out process was seamless! We travel to Sioux Falls a few times a year and we will absolutely be staying here again!”

“This property was surprisingly spacious. The whole unit was very well stocked from the kitchen to bathrooms and bedrooms. The attention to details for guests’ comfort and safety was evident throughout. Cabinets and closets were labeled so it was easy to know what was available and where to put things away. The only concern was the amount of time it took for the host to respond. We didn’t have an urgent need so the timing did not have a negative impact for us.”
