“Farmhouse is exactly as listed. Well maintained, very clean, comfortable beds and just a neat old farmhouse. Check and out was easy, even gave us an early check in. It is located in the country but half way between Ithaca and Watkins Glen.”

“We stayed with friends for a weekend of winetasting and hiking. What a great weekend! Pat and Patrick's historic home (calling all Greek Revival lovers!) is an ideal location in a beautiful setting - on a sloping hill right on Lake Seneca. The house is super well-equipped and huge! The kitchen is large and there are a number of great places to hang out (almost all with a view of the lake!). (Oh, and the beds are really comfortable so we all slept well). “We were not aware or informed prior to our stay of extreme water leak damages, uncleaned toilets /bathroom, broken bed, fire pit, pool, hot tub (waiting on a piece), poor water systems and smell. We had to purchase cleaning supplies, bedding and water for cooking, washing dishes and to brush our teeth to sustain during our committed stay. We were unable to utilize highlighted amenities in the description such as pool, fire pit and hot tub with our families during our stay. One of our……
