“This is a great little find and we’ve been back to stay already. There is no pool access yet (May). And it would be awesome to have access directly out to the paseo with a key rather than walk around the front and the TV is mounted way too high for viewings! - but that’s the only criticism and still a 5 star stay!”

“An excellent apartment with one or two small problems. Communication with manager very good. Description accurate although the swimming pool was closed despite being told that it would be open. Excellent kitchen provision and very nice welcome pack including wine and beer! One small problem was towards the end of our stay we became aware of an unpleasant odour in the second shower room smelling like a drain. This was rapidly dealt with but recurred by the following day. This should be sorted as……

“Super beautiful house in house, near the sea. Nearly to the Supermarkets. Nice host. Mangaleta, a restaurante in the near, i can recommend. A very nice view from the roof terrace. The flat is very big with 2 bathrooms and 3 sleeping rooms.”

“Wij vinden het een prima huis met alle comfort. De ontvangst was fijn en we hebben het huis als een echt thuis kunnen ervaren. Als er iets niet in orde was konden we dit rustig kwijt en werd er iets aan gedaan. Het was schoon en netjes ingericht. Ook voelden we ons heel veilig met goede bewaking op het park en ook in het complex. De auto binnen in de garage en ook prettig de karretjes om spullen/boodschappen te vervoeren. Wij gaan zeker terugkomen hier.”

“Hicimos la reserva porque había disponibilidad, la pagamos y supuestamente todo en orden. No teníamos noticia ninguna y escribimos al propietario, que tampoco daba respuesta. Al final la plataforma se tuvo que poner en contacto con el. Un día antes un mensaje diciendo: lo siento, no está disponible. Habíamos pagado yo. La solución que nos dio Vrbo fue una pensión de mala muerte en una ubicación en un pueblo de interior. No vuelvo a confiar en esta plataforma y ya os digo que este propietario es……

“El apartamento estaba bien y limpio,tal como se describió. Algo retirado del centro de Estepona y de la playa del cristo que para mí era la mejor . Aunque carece de algunas cosas básicas el apartamento no está mal”

“The pictures dont do this lovely property justice; the view is stunning. The weather wasnt great for us unfortunately but we still loved watching the sea and boats. The apartment is very well equipped and comfortable and in a great location. Per Kristian provided excellent instructions and his property manager Aga was there to greet us and provided lots of useful information. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this property.”

We used the terrace daily to have incredible views of the city, sea, and mountains, especially during sunset. Lisa was equally incredible in helping us get settled and provided perfect recommendations for food, wine, olive oil tasting, golf, and touring. I’d come back here again next time I’m in Marbella.”
